Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.


Pumped Up Strength re-invents strength training based on the latest science of how the body moves to strengthen both muscle and fascia at the same time, transforming old-school isolation training into integrated full body training of the 21st century.
